Could you tell me more about the main services provided?

Certification and Compliance services aim to support the implementation and monitoring of industry and governmental standards such as ISO, NIST, SOX, NI 52-109, among others.

Project Management services provide support in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects in Canada and internationally. This service could be performed continuously or as part of annual and mid-term reviews.

Risk and Financial Management Services are provided when the clients require data-driven and evidence-based approaches to verify management concerns of specific issues reported in their organization.
How are the services delivered?
Our services rely on two leading platforms Google and Microsoft, in which we created our cloud capacity for storage and sharing workflows. The work is performed in our office in Orillia (Ontario, Canada) with remote support to the clients through videoconference (Google or Microsoft Skype). Also, in-person technical visits are scheduled when required.
Which professional standards are used during the consulting service?
Our professional standards, procedures, and guidelines are aligned with, but not limited to: The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA), Project Management Institute (PMI), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), ISACA, CompTIA, and EC-Council.
Can you tell me more about the software and tools used?
We currently use Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise. We also may implement or acquire additional licenses to support management functions accordingly to the business need - for example, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, and GRC tools.
Could you provide more information about the IT environment?
It is essential to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy of all records.
Antivirus tools protect our IT environment, data-at-rest is encrypted, we maintain a VPN connection for data-in-transit, and we perform weekly backups. Our cloud providers also provide additional security.
The client information is not shared with third-parties.

The client data is maintained on our platform only during a client engagement. No information is kept after the client's engagement. Upon the client's request, at the end of our service, a full backup may be provided for their records in an encrypted USB flash drive.
